Copper is an essential mineral with multiple roles yet required in relatively small quantities for the maintenance of good health. Directions Of Use

Children 6–8 years old: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. 

Children 9–13 years old: Take 1–2 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. 

Adolescents 14–18 years old: Take 1–3 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. 

Adults: Take 1–4 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Ingredients

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Copper (from copper citrate) 2 mg
Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide in a non-⁠GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.

Warnings

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
