Description

Formerly known as 'Coconut Aminos,' this is a much better alternative than soy and some related dark sauces, particularly if you're gluten intolerant (it has none), or are sensitive to MSG (none, again). You can use this delicious sauce in cooking to enhance soups or to add flavour to marinades, for example, or to add to salad dressings, and it's great on its own with sushi. It's made from natural coconut flower sap, which is sodium free, but is braced with sea salt for those craving that taste, as well.
