Recommended Dose
Children 2-4 years: 1/3 tsp (1.7 mL)
Children 5-9 years: 1/2 tsp (2.5 mL)
Children and adolescents 10-14 years: 1 tsp (5 mL)
Adolescents 15-18 years: 2 tsp (10 mL)
