Each serving provides essential nutrients including calcium, magnesium, iron, choline, folate, iodine, vitamin D3, and a full spectrum of B vitamins to help meet the increased nutritional demands during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Directions for Use
Recommended dose (pregnant and breastfeeding women 19 years and older): Take 2 capsules, 2 times daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
Note: 400 mcg of folate per day is adequate for most women to help reduce the risk of neural tube defects. Ask a healthcare practitioner to determine if additional folate supplementation is appropriate before taking this product.
