St. Francis Regular Flow is a liquid herbal tincture formulated for women experiencing heavy menstruation. This blend combines shepherd’s purse, wild geranium, yarrow, and chastetree in a convenient liquid format.
The formula contains herbs traditionally used in this combination, including shepherd’s purse, wild geranium, yarrow, and chastetree. Regular Flow is provided as a tincture and is intended for adult women.
Directions for Use
Adult women: Take 1–2 mL (30–60 drops) 3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. Start taking 10 days before beginning of menstrual flow. During menorrhagia, the dose can be increased to 1–2 mL (30–60 drops) every 3 hours (3–7 times per day).
